Making a Payment
Internet banking
Internet banking is the preferred payment option for all courses. Payments made must be clearly identified to receipt to the correct student. The reference code used must commence with your student's name and course. For example: Joe Brown – Senior Program.

Credit Card
Payments can be made at relevant campus in person.
Unfortunately, NO credit card payments can be taken over the phone.
Centrepay
Centrepay is a free direct bill paying service available to customers who receive a Centrelink payment. South East Region’s Learning Centres is registered as a provider to offer this service to the school community. It is the easy way to ensure your school financial commitments are met.
Complaints regarding Centrepay can be made in writing to :
accounts@eaglebylc.eq.edu.au. Please include the Customer’s name and CRN, the student name and nature of the complaint. Any complaints will be investigated by the school and relayed to Centrepay if necessary. Notification of a resolution will be provided in writing to the customer within 20 days of the complaint.
Effective 2026: All Centrepay Agreements can only be for a period of 12 months, and will have an end date of 31st December, or your last payment date in December. Unless you advise otherwise.

Cash payments are to be made in person at the Admin Reception.
